I am proud to be a new yorker. I am even more proud to be a glamorous gluten free person living with celiac disease instyle in new york. alicia keys and jay-z couldn't have described my beloved home in a better way... "New York, concrete jungle where dreams are made of, there's nothin' you can't do, now you're in New York, these streets will make you feel brand new, the lights will inspire you, let's hear it for New York, New York, New York"... new york, the city of opportunities has so much to offer to the celiacs of the world and the gluten free community. the endless restaurants, bars, museums, shows, stores, sights and of course the abundance of yellow cabs. finding what I like to call "fun-activities" is never an issue living a gluten free life in new york. you can surely find something stylish and fabulously gluten free in every neighborhood, at any price and in true new york fashion, at any hour! when I am not working, taking in the sights of NYC is usually on the agenda. people watching, neighborhood strolling, coffee shop hopping, wine tasting and of course pleasuring my palate at some of new york's finest dining establishments are amongst a few of the many opportunities that a stylish celiac can engage in at any price!
